Do you carry raw cow's milk and what day is it delivered?

Yes, we carry fresh, Milky Way Farm A2 raw milk from Starr, SC. It gets delivered every other Wednesday (it usually arrives between 9:30am-10:30am). It sells out rather quickly so keep an eye on our social media for restock updates. We also get a weekly delivery of local, fresh, raw milk from Southern Oaks from Abbeville, SC every Thursday (late) morning (it usually sells out the same day). And, we also carry Raw Farm brand raw cows milk from California in our freezer section.

Do you carry raw goats milk?

Yes, from The Goatery at Kiawah River & Bedaw Goat Farm raw goats milk.
We get a weekly delivery (day of the week varies) it sells out quickly so keep an eye on our social media stories for restock updates.

Do you carry raw heavy cream?

Yes, sometimes we carry fresh raw heavy cream from Milky Way Farm in Starr, SC if they have it available. We almost always have pints of frozen raw heavy cream from a small farm in Pa.

Do you sell fresh sourdough bread?

Yes, we currently have two micro bakeries who supply us sourdough bread and cookies. Saltwater & Sourdough (Sunday, Wednesday, Friday) and Milled on Tuesday and Thursday.

Do you sell pasteurized cows milk?

Yes, we sell full cream top, low temperature vat pasteurized Low Country Creamery Milk.

Is your produce organic?

Yes, we only will carry certified organic produce that comes from carefully vetted sources. Our distributors are Happy Dirt and Grow Food Carolina. Some of its local and some of it's not. We also do carry some local hydroponically grown produce and controlled environment with soil (spray free) produce.

Do you sell supplements?

Yes, about 70% of our store is food, the other 30% is comprised of supplements and specialty super foods, toiletries, cosmetics, cleaning products, essential oils and more.

We opened our doors in July of 2022.

Is this your only location?

Yes, we are a very small operation right now.

Do you deliver or ship?

No, we do not have the ability to handle these services right now.

What types of payments do you accept?

Cash is preferred, although we do take debit cards, credit cards, certain gift cards, and Apple pay. Credit card and Apple pay purchases less than $100 are subject to a 2.8% fee.

Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes, we do.

Jo’s Chocolate-Banana Superfood Smoothie

‍Add the following ingredients to a blender (serves 2-3):

1. 4 raw, organic, pasture-raised eggs (an excellent form of easy/fast absorbed protein, vitamins, and nutrients)

2. ½ frozen organic banana

3. A handful of locally grown fresh microgreens (for fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants)

4. 2 ½ TBSP fermented organic raw cacao (great source of magnesium, flavonoids, & procyanidins (use carob powder for no caffeine))

5. 1 TBSP organic, ground, sprouted, flax/chia seed (for fiber and omega 3’s)

6. 2 ½ TBSP organic, raw coconut cream (a great source of medium fatty chain acids & gut healthy living enzymes)

7. 3 ounces E3LIVE fresh/frozen algae (or 1 TBSP powdered form) (great source of chlorophyll (for daily heavy metal detox), minerals, vitamin B12, omega 3 & 6, and amino acids)

8. Add raw honey to desired sweetness

9. Fill blender the rest of the way with raw milk (a great source of protein, fat & gut healthy enzymes)
